WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

We try to ensure minimum shipping costs for our partners so as to reduce transaction and delivery fees for the products they want. In these terms we make sure to pack your orders in as small boxes as possible. When you complete the order online, the system calculates the approximate shipping cost, however the final amount depends on the packaging. This may include more than one order and therefore the cost per piece should be lower than the initial calculation.

SKU is the term we use to define the unique combination of a product’s parameters.

 

For example the codes below concern different products:

Air Optix Aqua 6PK with a -3.00 power is different from Air Optix Aqua 6PK -3.25

(same lens with different sphere) 

Marc By Marc Jacobs MMJ358/S/43F-VK/58-16-135 is different from Marc By Marc Jacobs MMJ358/S/43D-FM/58-16-135

(same design, same size, different color)

Therefore the availability for each product might vary.

Products are sorted in the 3 following categories depending on the code availability:

 

AVAILABLE (GREEN INDICATION)

This code is in stock. When the purchase is completed, we reserve the code for you.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY (ORANGE INDICATION)

Availability of this code in our stock-house is close to zero and there might be a delay in delivery.

BACKORDER (ORANGE INDICATION)

The product is out of stock and must be ordered separately. Delivery time depends on the product, however it takes 5-10 business days (approximately).

WHAT IS BULK DISCOUNT PRICING?

For best sellers we try to make bulk discount offers to achieve a lower price per piece. In this way you can "invest" in glasses or lenses that you consider essential for your sales strategy and benefit from the lower average costs to gain higher average profits. Such discount requires a single purchase of the package contents and not division into installments. If for example the price is for 25 items, you have to pay the purchase price in a single payment and not in installments of 10, 10 and 5.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order for available products within 2 weeks. For codes that were not available and therefore ordered especially for you, cancellations are charged with 15.00€.

THE PRICE ON THE LIST IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONLINE PRICE. WHICH ONE IS VALID?

The billing price is based on the website price. When you complete the order via the shopping bag, you reserve the respective price. The same applies for orders via telephone or e-mail.
